    I'm also curious how he knows she is Korean. Face to race recognition studies have shown that even people living in China/etc can't determine which people are what race based on their face.

    Which means he was legit stalking her.

      now in fourth year, i can't tell anymore

      Also Chinese and Korean sound very different, even to an English speaker. Koreans often end their sentences as if they're whining about something, and chinese has a lot more consonants.
